At the end of the session, the round table opened, moderated by Dr. Alberto Cugnetto (Academy of Agriculture and UGIVI) who, taking inspiration from topics of special interest, asked the speakers specific technical questions on the botanicals of vermouth, their characteristics and the related legislation applied.
